Reception

Every session starts here. Check in, pick up a towel or robe if you need one, pop your phone and belongings safely in a locker, and leave the outside world at the door. A warm welcome, and everything you need before your session begins.

The Saunas

Two saunas, two distinct experiences, each built for proper heat, steam and ventilation. The Aufguss, our electric sauna, holds a steady 90°C and hosts the daily ceremony it's named for. The Savu, our wood-fired smoke sauna, ranges between 80 and 100°C through the day, and is the first public smoke sauna of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Wet Area

Cold exposure is essential. Two plunges sit between the sauna rooms, alongside hot and cold showers. Let the heat work its magic, then take the plunge and breathe deeply. Rest properly, hydrate, and go again. Sit, Sweat, Chill, Repeat.

Indoor Rest

Warm up slowly by the fire, sit back, and enjoy the natural high. Connect with yourself and with others, then return to the heat once you've rested properly. Rest is best.
